Create Topics

1. Go to Connect and select Announcement Tab Click on Create New image.png.


2.  Select Private or Public Topic to be posted.


3. Add all the announcement details

  • Title
  • Tag
  • Image
  • Description
  • Attachments

5. Click on Create to confirm the post.

Adding users to Private Forum:

1. Click on Add User

2. Search for user by role or by searching their names.  Drag the invited user to the "added users" column


3. Click on update to add the users. 

image.png 4. Added users will appear on the main page of the forum. 
Public Topic

Public topics are available to view by all users of the organisation. 

Private Topic

Private topics are viewable by users that are permitted to view. The creator of the topic are able to select which users during creation.
