Why can't I log in?

Forgot Password

You will need to log in using the same email address that you registered with us. If you cannot remember your password, just click on the “Forgot Password” button on the login page to reset your password.

Parent activation link

If you are below 13 years of age, you will need to get your guardian’s approval first before using the system. When you sign up, an activation link would have been sent to your guardian’s email address. Please ask your guardian to activate the link first before you log in.

Invalid Credentials

Please make sure that the email address and password you have entered is the same one as the one you used during registration.

If you have previously logged in but are now experiencing this, try clearing your cache

Runtime server error

If you encounter this issue, it means that you have been idle on the login page for too long. Please return to the main website at www.beed.world and click on “Log in” again.

Why can't I access the BeED LMS?

To access the BeED LMS, you will need to subscribe to an LMS package with us first. Please check that you have subscribed to the LMS first before attempting to access it, or contact us at contact@beed.world.

I can't view videos in my app due to a "copyright restriction" error notice.

This may be caused by a restriction in your own personal mobile device. We recommend you download and install VLC Media Player to play your videos in the Learning Experience.

How much media can I include into my Lessons?

To make your Lessons more engaging, we highly recommend including as much rich media as possible into your lessons. However, to take into account the capabilities of your learners’ mobile devices and storage capacity, you are restricted to the following limitations per Lesson:

  • Audio: 60 audio, total not exceeding 480mb per Lesson
  • Video: 30 videos, total not exceeding 360mb per Lesson
  • Doc: Unlimited, total not exceeding 360mb per Lesson
  • Image: Unlimited, total not exceeding 480mb per Lesson

Note: Each item is capped at a max size of 25mb.
How do I go offline?

In your app, go to  “Account Settings” from the main menu, and then toggle on the “Offline Mode” feature.

However, to see your Learning Experiences offline, you would need to download them first. When you are connected, select the Learning Experience of your choice and swipe left to select the download feature.

Once downloaded, you will see a green download icon in the image of your downloaded Learning Experience. This means that the lesson has been downloaded successfully. You can now proceed to participate in the lesson in offline mode, and your answers will sync back to the Hub for your Educators to view when you reestablish Internet connection.

Note: Offline mode is available for the BeED app only.
