Opinion

AOne offers very less customization, therefore schools might not be their target customers.
SaaS solutions often offer limited customization compared to on-premise software, which can be a drawback for organizations with specific requirements.
Feature Limitations: Users may be constrained by the features and functionalities offered by the SaaS provider, with less flexibility to add or modify features. AOne is not able to mark teacher's attendance, record teachers' performance.
Mainly stores data in numerical from (no graphs or other forms of data representation). Only graph available is to view daily attendance
Users might need to modify or adjust certain processes in the institution to better align with the use of the software. For example, creating packages(class/lesson) or credits.

Conclusion

Can compliment our system (learning management system + administration management system = school management system) only if the system is customizable
We can partner with AOne schools to provide both CMS and LMS to small institutions.
If partnership happens, we need to consider redefining our Admin Panel as some processes overlaps (setting up class, timetable and facilities)
AOne is suitable for tuition centres, sport academies, learning cerntres and not schools and universities as AOne can't perform complicated processes such as sign up with an indication of tutors name or how many places left.
