Introduction

Objective

Being able to download learners responses in excel (Hub and LMS)

Scope of work

1. • Currently we are able to download learners responses in PDF format only (one learner one pdf)

   Requirement: 

   • Besides PDF, we would also like to be able to download Learner Responses in Excel format

   • But, instead of having one excel per learner, we would like to be able to download all learners responses in one excel sheet (each learner in one tab) 

   • When file is being downloaded, please add on this message: Please wait, your file is being download 

   • In excel sheets, these are the information that should be included (*The information in excel should be the same as in the pdf): 

   1. General information according to this sequence in row (row 1 - 7, column A): 

   • Hub title / Class 

   • Lesson / experio title 

   • Educator 

   • Learner 

   • Release date [LMS only] -- LMS Release Date is the date educator set in Active Curriculum when they link the lesson

   • Print date 

   • Score

   • Completion percentage

   • Overall performance review 

         2. Questions and response details should be listed following this sequence (one column each, starting from column A) : (Questions and responses must be populated according to the map, point and stage): 

   • Map/point/stage information (eg: Main Map, Map B, Point A, Stage name)

   • Question number

   • Question 

   • Student Answer (in separate rows)

   • Media attached - audio and video should be in link form 

   • history of attempted answers (with indication this is an old answer. suggestion to grey it out? 

   • Correct answer

   • Answered date (date the questions was answered) 

   • Point 

   • Educator feedback / comment

Software Design Specification

1. The download option should be based on One HUB - One LE at any given point of time. ( Based on SessionID and LEID)
2. Sample Report Attached Below.
3. Must be cater for MCQ and Open Response in a single LE.
