Insert all information related to the request
- Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
- Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
- Insert proper title to describe claims
- Insert description/steps taken.
- Request payment information including invoices/payment method/transaction dates.
Additional Information
- Select Payment Resolution as Service.
- Select Subscription or Refund.
- Relate issue to any parent problem.
