Create a ticket via ITop.com helpdesk module

Insert all information related to the request
  1. Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
  2. Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
  3. Insert proper title to describe claims
  4. Insert description/steps taken. 
  5. Request payment information including invoices/payment method/transaction dates.
Additional Information
  1. Select Payment Resolution as Service. 
  2. Select Subscription or Refund.
  3. Relate issue to any parent problem.
Assign

For Finance related cases. Assign these cases to the individual below:

  1. Shooky
  2. TBA
