Create a ticket via ITop.com helpdesk module

Insert all information related to the content
  1. Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
  2. Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
  3. Insert proper title to describe issue/content
  4. Insert description/steps taken. (Including how to recreate the issue, content ID)
Additional Information
  1. Select the Service (Content) and Service Subcategory 
  2. Relate issue to any parent problem

For bugs and IT Support cases. Assign these cases to the individual below:

  2. TBA
