Insert all information related to the content
- Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
- Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
- Insert proper title to describe issue/content
- Insert description/steps taken. (Including how to recreate the issue, content ID)
Additional Information
- Select the Service (Content) and Service Subcategory
- Relate issue to any parent problem
