Create a ticket via ITop.com helpdesk module

Insert all information related to the bug
  1. Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
  2. Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
  3. Insert proper title and organization name
  4. Insert description (Country, City, Language, Case Usage, Preferred time to be contacted) 
Additional Information
  1. Select the Service (External) and Service Subcategory (New Lead)
Assign

For bugs and IT Support cases. Assign these cases to the individual below:

  1. Syed
  2. TBA
