Create a ticket via ITop.com helpdesk module
Insert all information related to the bug
- Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
- Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
- Insert proper title and organization name
- Insert description (Country, City, Language, Case Usage, Preferred time to be contacted)
Additional Information
- Select the Service (External) and Service Subcategory (New Lead)
Assign
For bugs and IT Support cases. Assign these cases to the individual below:
- Syed
- TBA
