Create a ticket via ITop.com helpdesk module

Insert all information related to the complaint
  1. Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
  2. Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
  3. Insert proper title to describe complaints
  4. Insert description/steps taken. (Including how to recreate the issue)
Additional Information
  1. Select the Service and Service Subcategory
  2. Relate issue to any parent problem

For Complaint and Support cases. Assign these cases to the individual below:

  1. Joshua Wong
  2. Michael Chian
