Create a ticket via ITop.com helpdesk module
Insert all information related to the complaint
- Select BPO/Call Centre Organization
- Contact/Caller Information (Name, phone number, email address) Create if not available
- Insert proper title to describe complaints
- Insert description/steps taken. (Including how to recreate the issue)
Additional Information
- Select the Service and Service Subcategory
- Relate issue to any parent problem
Assign
For Complaint and Support cases. Assign these cases to the individual below:

- Michael Chian
