Fugee Training Feedback (26-29/8)

  1. Mien is skeptical about the devices & hoping for donations on tabs, devices.
  2. Suggestion by BeED: to be used as assessment, challenges with content, as they were not exciting for the teachers, mainly words; no media incorporation as students are not well versed in Eng.
  3. Fugee planning to do the content again in the new semester.
  4. Jimmy spoke to Deborah regarding the content, and suggested to start with secondary first, they will use the system as supplementary, to generate content/lessons.
  5. Next year, push for implementation in Fugee 
  6. Fugee impressed with BeedWiz, able to lessen the teacher's burden as they need to create lesson biweekly basis.
  7. The gap in the content quality was addressed earlier and accepted by the team, however they decided to proceed on their side
  8. Assessment wise, suggested to use BeED as homework for students but not feasible because lack of devices.

Noodle Factory:

  1. Research on the AI. To share the access with Fang & Syed, so that he can look at it as well, different perspectives.

Tech:

  1. MCQ - for audio choices, is there a wavelength modulator to detect the same pronunciation, or music instruments comparison between educators & students?

PDFTron:

  1. Doesn't have audio annotator, the project to replace PDFTron will not be included yet
  2. Confirm the requirements at asap, as due is in Nov 
  3. To include UX/UI team and the relevant team before the writing the requirements

User Page Registration:

  1. Users can access LE without registering to the app.
  2. To have discussion with Michael 

Edu Space:

  1. Change the name to educational dashboard

Journeys:

  1. Striping Jounerys down to Hub. Hub will be a dashboard as a module as its own.

**In the future, any product meeting, to involve Michael to align in the same directions. And include UXUI in all projects. Krishna suggested to have a weekly meeting, every Monday.
