- HOD to identify recruitment needs and communicates with HR.
- Approval by Managing Director is required before any recruitment activities.
- New Vacancy - HOD and HR will establish the required Job Description prior to Recruitment activities.
- HR will post Recruitment activities on (i) Jobstreet (ii) Indeed Malaysia (iii) Other relevant platforms.
- HR to screen applicants and filter into appropriate folders i.e. Not Suitable, Prescreen etc.
- HOD will filter and arrange 1st Interview with the Prescreen applicants.
- Unsuccessful applicants will be moved to Not Suitable folder.
- Successful applicants will be referred to HR for further action.
- HR will conduct 2nd interview with Successful applicants.
- Managing Director will organize Final Interview and approval for Successful applicants.
- HR will finalize Salary and Remuneration package agreeable.
- HR to arrange Offer Letter for acceptance.
- New Hire to report for work.
- Induction to be conducted.
