  1. HOD to identify recruitment needs and communicates with HR.
  2. Approval by Managing Director is required before any recruitment activities.
  3. New Vacancy  - HOD and HR will establish the required Job Description prior to Recruitment activities.
  4. HR will post Recruitment activities on (i) Jobstreet   (ii) Indeed Malaysia    (iii) Other relevant platforms.
  5. HR to screen applicants and filter into appropriate folders i.e. Not Suitable, Prescreen etc.
  6. HOD will filter and arrange 1st Interview with the Prescreen applicants.
  7. Unsuccessful applicants will be moved to Not Suitable folder.
  8. Successful applicants will be referred to HR for further action.
  9. HR will conduct 2nd interview with Successful applicants.
  10. Managing Director will organize Final Interview and approval for Successful applicants.
  11. HR will finalize Salary and Remuneration package agreeable.
  12. HR to arrange Offer Letter for acceptance.
  13. New Hire to report for work.
  14. Induction to be conducted.
